The Ministry of Health said that Vietnam on Wednesday reported 500 cases of COVID-19, the highest in 5 days. During the day, no COVID-19 patients died. 118 more patients were announced recovered, raising the total number of recoveries to 10,609,257. Since the onset of the pandemic, Vietnam’s caseload has reached 11,519,011, ranking 13 out of 230 countries and territories, while with the ratio of infections per 1 million people, Vietnam ranks 117.

As of Wednesday, 264,792,541 doses of COVID-19 vaccines were administered.
