Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Wednesday offered incense in memory of Prime Minister Pham Van Dong and General Vo Nguyen Giap at their homes in Hanoi.

Wishing happy Lunar New Year to relatives of Prime Minister Pham Van Dong at his home, Prime Minister Chinh expressed his respect and admiration for the late Prime Minister – a talented, charismatic leader, a great culturist and an excellent diplomat of the Party, State and revolution of Vietnam.

He said that the Party and State recognize Prime Minister Pham Van Dong as a talented, farsighted, delicate, resilient, and creative diplomat, who he said always showed a wise political stance ahead of the times and Ho Chi Minh’s diplomatic style.

Offering incense and flowers at General Vo Nguyen Giap’s private house in Hanoi, Prime Minister Chinh paid his respects to the legendary general who devoted his life to national independence and freedom and for the people’s happiness.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said the task of today’s and future generations is to preserve and cultivate revolutionary achievements of previous generations and continue to build the country more powerful and prosperous.
