PM urges work to start shortly after Tet holiday

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Friday, the first working day after Lunar New Year holiday, requested ministries, agencies and localities to urgently start work, so as not to delay production, business, and socio-economic activities.

Chairing a Government meeting to assess the Tet situation and implement tasks after Tet, the PM ordered not to organize spring trips and Lunar New Year’s visits during working hours, saying he believes that with the new determination, socio-economic development results in 2023 will be higher than in 2022.

Concluding the meeting, Prime Minister Chinh emphasized that the 2023 Lunar New Year was a peaceful, happy, healthy, safe, and economical Tet.
