Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has emphasized that 5 major transport projects in northern, central, and southern regions must be completed as planned. Mr. Chinh spoke at a meeting between the Government and localities on Tuesday, which looked into pre-feasibility reports of the Ring Road 4 in Hanoi, the Ring Road 3 in Ho Chi Minh City, the Chau Doc-Can Tho-Soc Trang Expressway, the Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot Expressway, and the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway.

The projects connect big economic hubs and key routes in regions, cities and provinces, the Government leader noted.

Infrastructure development, including transport infrastructure, is a strategic breakthrough of Vietnam, PM Chinh said.
