The Vietnamese business culture criteria set was introduced to 8 northeastern provinces at a conference on Saturday held by the Vietnam Business Culture Development Association and the Quang Ninh provincial People’s Committee. The criteria set is aimed at building a sustainable, strong business community that develops harmoniously on the economic, cultural, social, and environment pillars toward realizing the aspiration of building a prosperous, happy country.

Ngo Truong Nam, General Director of the Deo Ca Group, said: “We are a construction company that often faces staff fluctuations and difficult working conditions. We have tried to turn difficulties into our strength. We have improved the working conditions and installed air conditioners and wifi at the workplace.”
