Cadres and Party members of Brigade 189’s Party Committee began studying the Resolution of the 5th plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee on Thursday in Nha Trang city.

The topics included continuing innovation, perfecting institutions and policies, improving land management and use, creating momentum for Vietnam to become a high-income developed country, agriculture, farmers and rural areas to 2030, vision to 2045, strengthening the grassroots party organization and improving the quality of party members.
