Negotiations on Ukraine’s accession to the European Union should be high on the agenda of the Ukraine-EU Summit following the implementation of all the recommendations of the European Commission (EC), said Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba. At an online briefing on Tuesday, Ukraine’s top diplomat noted that Ukraine is preparing to present the results of the implementation of all seven recommendations of the EC at the Ukraine-EU Summit and expects the EU to positively assess Ukraine’s efforts.

The security situation, implementation of President Zelensky’s Peace Formula and post-war reconstruction will also be considered.

The parties are expected to sign several documents at the summit and make a joint statement following the summit, Kuleba noted.
