– Specialties of northern, central, and southern regions will be showcased at the Vietnam Culinary Culture Festival 2022 later this month in the central province of Quang Tri’s Gio Linh district. The event aims to promote Vietnam’s cultural space and honour the diversity of Vietnamese cuisine, as part of activities to reopen tourism.

The opening ceremony will be held on the evening of September 23, including performances from artists across the country as well as culinary promotions.

The essence of Vietnamese cuisine will be performed by renowned chefs, who will demonstrate cooking techniques and the value of each dish and drink.
