On November 7, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Chairman of the City People’s Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan presented the 80-year Party membership badge to senor party member Le Duc Van in Ba Dinh district.  Comrade Le Duc Van, admitted to the Party on November 1, 1944, in Lien Nghia Commune, Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province. He actively participated in revolutionary activities and was educated in the ideals of the Party and was admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam at a very young age (when he was 16 years old).

During his revolutionary career, Comrade Le Duc Van assumed many positions: Member of the Youth Union for National Salvation of Hoang Dieu Citadel, Rector of the Vietnam Dance School.
Regardless of his position, he was always loyal to the ideals of the Party; wholeheartedly serving the revolutionary cause of the Party and making an important contribution in the cause of construction and development of the capital and the country..

Presenting the 80-year Party membership badge and congratulating Comrade Le Duc Van, Chairman of the City People’s Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan said that Comrade Le Duc Van’s forging process has been recognized by the Party and the State, awarding him many noble titles (Independence Medal third class, Anti-American Resistance Medal first class). The 80-year badge awarded to him by the Party is a recognition of Comrade Le Duc Van’s achievements and dedication.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Ngoc Tuan congratulated Le Duc Van and hoped that he would continue to maintain his health to contribute to the locality and the city; consult for the cause of building and developing the capital to become richer, more beautiful, civilized and modern.

Sincerely thanking the affection and attention of the city’s leaders, comrade Le Duc Van expressed his honor and pride when receiving the noble recognition. At the same time, he affirmed his loyalty to the revolution and encourage his children and grandchildren to well observe the Party’s guidelines and policies, and the State’s laws and policies.

On the same day, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People’s Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan attended the ceremony to award the 75-year Party Badge of the 7th November 2022 to revolutionary veteran cadres organized by the Ba Dinh District Party Committee.

On this occasion, Ba Dinh district had 4 senior party members receiving the 75-year Party membership badge, including comrades: Tran Quang Minh, Doan Chi Toai, Hoang Thanh and Nguyen Van Boi.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Nguyen Ngoc Tuan emphasized that the Party Badge shows the recognition and respect of the Party, State and people for their contributions to the cause of struggle for national independence, construction and defense of the Fatherland. This is not only the great honor and pride of individual party members, but also the honor of the cell, the grassroots Party Committee and the Party Committee of Ba Dinh district.

Tuan expressed his wish that senior party members always maintain their health, continue to promote their qualities, revolutionary ethics, exemplary pioneering spirit and long experience in order to contribute to the Party building, government building, fight against wrong ideas and  plots of “peaceful evolution” of hostile forces; continue to be a witness of history to educate the young generation’s tradition, a shining example for all generations to follow.
