On November 7, on the occasion of the 105th anniversary of the Russian October Revolution (November 7, 1917 – November 7, 2022), a delegation of the Hanoi Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi, led by Politburo member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the city’s National Assembly delegation Dinh Tien Dung, came to lay flowers at the Monument to V. I. Lenin Monument in Lenin Park (Ba Dinh District, Hanoi). Joining the delegation were member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen; Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People’s Committee Tran Sy Thanh; Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People’s Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan; Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong; Member of Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi Nguyen Lan Huong and representatives of leaders of the City Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi, Office of the City Party Committee, Office of the Delegation of the National Assembly and the City Council, Office of the City People’s Committee, the Union of Friendship Organizations of Hanoi; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in Hanoi, among others.
In front of the Monument of V.I. Lenin, the leaders of the city expressed their respect to V.I. Lenin, an outstanding political theorist and leader of the working class and people, defender and developer of Marxism, founder of the Soviet State – the world’s first worker-peasant state and leader of the Soviet Union who led the Soviet people to embark on the construction of socialism.
The Hanoi leaders pledged absolute loyalty to Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh’s thought, expressing their commitment to maintain unity, firmly implement the ideals and revolutionary path of the proletariat, and build a rich, beautiful, civilized and modern capital.
