The Australian National ELT (English Language Teaching) Accreditation Scheme Ltd, or NEAS, has offered its Quality Endorsement to Ho Chi Minh City based Hoa Sen University’s English for International Communication (EIC) Program, making it the first Vietnamese university to gain the endorsement.
