A program called “For the homeland sea and islands – Phu Quoc 2022” is scheduled to take place in September on Phu Quoc island, Kien Giang province, to inspire patriotism, love of Vietnam’s sea and islands, and raise awareness about defending national maritime sovereignty.

The program will introduce and promote the potential and beauty of Vietnam’s sea and islands to the public and international friends and honor outstanding individuals and collectives for their contributions to the “sea and islands” movement.

Program participants will visit historical and nature sites on Phu Quoc.
