Hanoi Youth Union and the Vietnam’s Young Business Association have joined efforts to provide free oxygen ATM for COVID-19 patient treatment at home in the capital city. The free oxygen ATM was launched on Wednesday in Hanoi. People in need will be supported with oxygen transport to doors from local clinics by youth volunteers.
