Vietnam earned more than 8 billion USD from garment and textile exports in the 1st quarter, up 20% against the same period last year.
Many businesses have had orders to fulfill until the 3rd quarter of this year.
“International integration has offered an opportunity for us to upgrade technology and expand market. The pandemic has also created new momentum for businesses to increase investment and enhance development in both medium and long terms,” said Vu Duc Giang, President of the Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association.
