Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son has urged HCMC, the nation’s biggest economic hub, to develop an education and training sector on a par with the city’s posture. At a working session on Monday with the municipal Party’s Committee, Son underscored the need to pay more attention and develop policies to remove obstacles faced by the education sector.
He called on the municipal authorities to focus more on mobilization of resources for education, offer equal opportunity between the public and private education system, and pay more attention to master-planning the national network of education facilities.
