I’m confident that investors in Vietnam can be assured of their security, political stability, and a favorable investment environment. We are implementing three strategic breakthroughs. First, we will focus on fine-tuning our institutions to serve more extensive integration and international standards. We also will focus on human resource training and streamlining administrative procedures to reduce input costs of businesses. Improving hard and soft infrastructure is of our particular concern.’
