In 2022, the city has focused on implementing key tasks on a shared data warehouse and platform as a basis for promoting digital transformation of the city. Many programs of conferences and seminars to raise awareness are held in the city, agencies and units.
The city has selected 5 focus areas, prioritizing funding to complete completely in 2022, namely: Education and Training, Health, Transport, Natural Resources and Environment, and Construction. The field of e-customs is implemented with more than 99.65% of enterprises participating, (the time of receiving and clearing customs for green channel declarations is only 1-3 seconds); 100% of hospitals deploy hospital management software, connect data to the Social Insurance Assessment Portal.
In 2023, the city implements the Digital Transformation Plan in the direction of focusing on directing and prioritizing resources to achieve important targets in Resolution No. 03 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on Digital Transformation of Hai Phong City. to 2025, with orientation to 2030, which creates conditions and foundations to accelerate the digital transformation of cities in the new period.
Concluding speech at the Conference, Chairman of the City People’s Committee Nguyen Van Tung said that in 2022, the city has highly focused on Digital Transformation work, even included in the Theme of the year, but the implementation results have been achieved. is not high, the Plan sets out many tasks but the implementation is not commensurate.
