The HCM Youth Union’s Central Committee has launched a program to raise fund to present ships worth more than 150,000 USD to soldiers stationed on Truong Sa island.

This is part of activities under a campaign called “Love for borders and islands” which aimed to bring into play the vanguard role of young people in defending national maritime sovereignty.
