The Kremlin said in a statement on Wednesday that the European Union’s sanctions had resulted in Lithuania preventing the shipment of goods from the Russian mainland to the Kaliningrad territory, and this is “completely unacceptable”. The statement added that Russia is considering retaliatory measures.
