SEA Games 31 official song “Let’s shine” released

The 31st Southeast Asian Games Organizing Committee on Sunday released the official song of the Games, titled “Let’s shine”, by musician Huy Tuan. Pop stars Tung Duong and Van Mai Huong performed the song live on stage. The song’s uplifting sound conveys Vietnam’s sense of pride in hosting another SEA Games. The lyrics, written in both Vietnamese and English, glorifies sportsmanship and the relentless effort to gain the highest achievement. The song carries a message of development, solidarity, and international friendship “For a stronger Southeast Asia”, as stated in the Games’ slogan.

The 31st SEA Games will be held from May 12 to May 23 in Hanoi and 11 nearby provinces. 7,000 athletes from 11 countries will vie for medals in 40 events.

Organizers say spectators will not be required to undergo a COVID-19 test in order to attend the event. Each team will occupy a separate floor in the athlete accommodations.
