Standing Committee debates issues to be tabled at year-end NA session

Full-time lawmakers on Monday began mulling over key issues to be submitted to the National Assembly’s year-end session, which will begin next Thursday.

During the three-day session, the National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on a draft resolution on a pilot program to allow people to select car license plates via auctions, a draft report summarising recommendations from voters submitted to the NA’s upcoming session.

Committee members will also discuss the results of implementing the national target program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority areas until 2030.
