The Ministry of Health said on Friday that from 4 p.m. on Thursday to 4 p.m. on Friday, 961 cases were recorded on the National System of COVID-19 Case Management. All new cases were recorded domestically (up 162 cases compared to the previous day) in 42 provinces and cities (812 cases in the community).
During the day, there were 4,600 recoveries, nearly 5 times higher than new cases.
As of Friday, 223 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines were administered.
