On November 3, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen presided over the announcement and handing over of decisions of the Standing Committee of the municipal Party Committee on personnel work.
Under Decision No. 3968-QD/TU, on November 2, 2022, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to relieve Bui Huyen Mai (born in 1975) from the position of Head of the Communication and Education Commission of the City Party Committee for the term 2020-2025, and assume the position as Secretary of the Thanh Xuan District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
In Decision No. 3966-QD/TU, dated November 2, 2022, the Standing Board of the City Party Committee decided to relieve Do Anh Tuan, (born in 1971) from the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, to assume the position of Head of the City Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Department, term 2020-2025.
In Decision No. 3959-QD/TU, dated November 2, 2022, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to relieve Nguyen Viet Ha (born in 1979) from the position of Secretary of Thanh Xuan District Party Committee, term 2020-2025, and assume the position of Secretary of Gia Lam District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
In Decision No. 3958-QD/TU, dated November 2, 2022, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to relieve Le Anh Quan (born in 1967) from the position of Secretary of Gia Lam District Party Committee, term 2020-2025, and take the position of Director of Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment.
Handing over decisions and giving flowers to congratulate Bui Huyen Mai, Do Anh Tuan, Nguyen Viet Ha and Le Anh Quan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen assessed that all four officials have a wealth of experience in many positions and shown their qualifications and capabilities, especially the responsibilities in leading positions, have made great efforts in the work, over the years and successfully completed assigned tasks.
Assigning specific tasks to each official in their new position, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen requested that Bui Huyen Mai will promote her capacity and work experience, together with the district leaders in Thanh Xuan to uphold tradition, bringing Thanh Xuan district to continue to develop in all aspects. She expects Thanh Xuan to remain as one of the city’s leading districts in Party building as well as socio-economic development, making a worthy contribution to the Party’s development in general and the city in particular.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen asked Do Anh Tuan to continue to promote his experience and abilities, together with the collective of the City Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Committee to advise and well implement the tasks of mass mobilization work in particular, the construction of the Party and the city’s political system in particular.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen asked Nguyen Viet Ha, in his new position, to soon take on the work, together with the Gia Lam District Party Committee to promote the achieved results, striving to bring Gia Lam district to become an urban district by 2023.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen asked Le Anh Quan, in his new position as the Director of the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment, a very important Department of the City, to join the Department’s leaders and continue to advise the City’s leaders to carry out major tasks, especially those mentioned in Resolution 15-NQ/TW dated May 5, 2022 of the Politburo on the direction, the task of developing the capital by 2030, with a vision to 2045; at the same time, advise on mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and barriers for the City, especially the lack of connection in implementing investment procedures, speeding up disbursement for infrastructure construction.
