Ho Chi Minh City, Hue, and Da Nang have welcomed first domestic tourists in the New Year 2022, who flew with Vietnam Airlines.
Those tourists onboard the Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi-Hue, and Ho Chi Minh City-Da Nang flights were selected randomly for gifts presented by Vietnam Airlines and the localities.
Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park in Quang Binh province in central Vietnam on January 1 welcomed 23 tourists from Ha Tinh and 2 Australian tourists with flowers, lucky money, and free entrance. Quang Binh province intends to increase communications to lure more visitors.
The same day, Ba Be National Park in the northern mountain province of Bac Kan had its first-footers, who are Russian and Japanese living and working in Vietnam. Their visit is close-looped in adherence with COVID-19 safety protocols.
The very first visitors to come to the northern province of Ha Giang in 2022 were well-known bloggers, youtubers, and KOLs on social media. They are spending three days visiting Dong Van karst plateau geo-park, Lung Cu flag pole, Dong Van old quarter, Tu San – Southeast Asia’s deepest canyon, and buckwheat flow fields. Their activities are livestreamed to promote Ha Giang beauty to tourists inside and outside Vietnam.
