Hoi An city, Quang Nam, province on Wednesday opened several unique art and cultural activities to welcome the New Year 2023. 

The activities include an art program attracting dozens of artisans from traditional craft villages in Hoi An city, demonstrating and displaying traditional craft products like pottery, wood carving, and silk paintings.

Other activities include photo exhibits, art products from recycled materials, food courts, street music, and folk games.

Mr. Nguyen Van Lanh, Vice Chairman of the Hoi An City People’s Committee, said: “This year’s cultural activities encourage people to exchange, inspire, and share values that are distilled into a new tourism product of Hoi An.”
