China, Japan ties to enter new phase of cooperation
Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Chinese President Xi Jinping vowed Friday to open a new chapter in their relationship and strengthen financial and trading ties between the two countries.
Xi said bilateral ties have returned to the right track and China will ensure the positive momentum continues. He said both sides should undertake more in-depth strategic dialogue, adding that they will become partners and pose no threats to each other.
