Competition encourages disabled people to be self-confident

A competition called Beauty of crescent moon to honor the talents of disabled people will stage its final in Hanoi next Thursday.

The competition encourages disabled people to be confident, recognize their worth, and raise their voice.

Competition judge Khuat Thu Hong, Director of the Institute for Social Development Studies, said: Many acts that talented disabled people perform smoothly can be challenging to normal people. I think their performances are really creative, artistic, and inspiring. This competition sends a strong message of inspiration and courage from individuals who have overcome misfortune to live, learn, and love.

Nine female finalists will take part in three rounds of competitions: costumes, talents, and Q and A.
