Hanoi becomes first SEA city to go green on St. Patrick’s Day

Hnaoi's Ly Thai To Park on Saturday became the 100th landmark in the world to go green for St. Patrick's Day, Ireland's National Day. Irish Ambassador to Vietnam Cait Moran said Ireland's Global Greening initiative has been around for 8 years and Hanoi has become the first city in Southeast Asia to join the program.
