Hanoi Vice Party chief Nguyen Thi Tuyen visits press agencies ahead of press day

 

Vice Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen, on June 16, visited several press agencies ahead of the 97th anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 – June 21, 2022).  

At the headquarters of the Communist Party of Vietnam Online Newspaper and the People’s Army Newspaper, Tuyen on the behalf of the Hanoi’s authorities, presented flowers and congratulations to all leaders and journalists of the two media outlets.

Tuyen expressed her thanks the two newspapers and highly regarded their close cooperation with Hanoi in covering socio-economic activities in the city, and in this way, helping the city realizing its political objectives, especially in the Covid-19 fight.

Tuyen called for both the Communist Party of Vietnam Online Newspaper and the People’s Army Newspaper to continue reporting on the socio-economic developments in Hanoi, especially in the city’s efforts to realize the Politburo’s resolution No.15, the construction of Ring road No.4 and the revision of Hanoi’s construction planning until 2030, with a vision to 2050.

At these meetings, leaders of the Communist Party of Vietnam Online Newspaper and the People’s Army Newspaper expressed thanks for the affection from Hanoi’s leaders, stressing their commitments to continue cooperating with Hanoi in delivering news on all fields and contributing to the development of the capital city.

On a visit to the headquarters of the Ha Noi Moi newspaper, Tuyen stressed the important role of the newspaper after 65 years of development.

According to Tuyen, the Ha Noi Moi newspaper has been closely following the leadership and instructions of the Communist Party, and directly, the leadership of the Hanoi Party Committee.

Tuyen requested the newspaper to continue improving operation and keep providing timely and accurate information to the locals.
