South Korea warns of further sanctions against North Korea

South Korea's interim President and Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn has criticized North Korea for developing missile capability via continuous test-launches.

Hwang said he is deeply concerned about the launches that he describes as provocative acts, a threat to security on the Korean peninsula and Northeast Asia, and a violation of UN Security Council resolutions regardless of alerts from the world community. He said South Korea will work closely with its allies to increase pressure on North Korea by sanctions and UN resolutions, forcing it to give up its missile and nuclear programs.
