Head of the CPV Central Committee's Communication and Education Commission Vo Van Thuong met with head of the CPC Central Committee's Publicity Department Liu Qibao in Beijing on Friday. The meeting was part of an official visit to China by CPV General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
