Indonesia’s tsunami: casualties mount
Indonesia's disaster agency says the death toll from last weekend's tsunami has climbed to 373.
Disaster agency spokesman Sutopo Purwo Nugroho said Monday that 128 others are missing. Experts warn that a second tsunami may soon strike Indonesia.
Japan's government said on Monday that Japan will provide as much support as it can to areas affected by the deadly tsunami. In a message to Indonesia's Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi, Japanese Foreign Minister Taro Kono sent condolences to the families of victims and said he hopes the affected areas will recover quickly.
